The people you meet, learn from, and mentor at LeaseLabs can have a lasting, positive influence. It's the culture that matters most.
Giving back to our local community is just something we love to do.
A few notable events we donated our time to were Hannah's House, The Movember Foundation, and Feeding America. We flexed our artistic muscles with Hannah's House, re-painting and revitalizing the facility's walls with fresh new murals. With Feeding America, the team volunteered at its distribution center, packaging up canned food and goods and preparing them for distribution to San Diego's residents struggling with hunger. Lastly, we launched an internal campaign to grow the best mustache and raise money and awareness for the Movember Foundation, a non-profit benefiting men's health.
Hannah's House provides a network of support that brings peace to the lives of children challenged by complex family transitions.
Movember Foundation tackles men's health on a global scale - addressing some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention.
Feeding America San Diego provides food and resources to a network of more than 243 distribution partners serving 63,000 children, families, and seniors each week.
Our business mindset is not only driven on results, but on creating a genuine working relationship with the people we do business with.
Working together, we gain a holistic view of our work within a highly collaborative and effective environment.
We have relentlessly high standards, always looking to improve and deliver a better end-result.
We follow through, effectively communicate, and hold ourselves accountable.
From happy hours to volunteering to in-office gatherings, we host a series of happening events throughout the year to give our minds some breathing room from the busy work week.
Coming from a mix of backgrounds, each team member brings something unique to the table. Their history, thoughts, knowledge, and point-of-views bring our work to the forefront in and out of the industry.
